Stayed in a room with a king-size bed, a bathroom, and two single beds. There was also enough space for all our suitcases. Excellent location right next to the Channel Tunnel, and it's super easy to find from Le Shuttle! 🌟

Popular hotel in a magnificent location to garden for dog, the services were very good. The staff were all efficient and the breakfast was above average and plentiful with the fruit salad and cheese, for example.

Staff were friendly, room very basic but bed was comfortable.Food at the restaurant was good but a little pricey.
Rooms very small .Tea and coffee facilities were poor - enough for 1 cup each in a disposable cup. Not enough milk. No hair dryer.

Very friendly staff..Restaurant was clean, bright and the service was good. Secure parking. We had two dogs with us which was no problem to the hotel.Very comfortable bed.
The room needed a bit of tidying up, the paint was peeling off the skirting in the bedroom and there was no hairdryer.

Refurbished dining area is very smart and functional. Accommodation is clean tidy but in need of an update soon. Beds are comfortable.

The rooms were affordable and budget-friendly, but they definitely could use a makeover! 💸

Efficient and friendly. Room and bathroom more than adequate. Excellent restaurant. Convenient for ferries, Eurotunnel and Cité Europe but only a 10 minutes stroll from the town centre.
The hotel has been "smartened up" and the restaurant rebranded. Prices have been increased to match! Still good value but I liked it the way it was!

The lady manager was most helpful and also was clearly very good at her job. She was also well informed about the wine list.
